“What Time is It?”
Overall goal: Orientation and moving on to next task or exercise at a specific time of day without being prompted. Use an auditory device if person can’t read a printed checklist.
Therapist Note: Provide the person a primary task to perform during the session such as filing papers, addressing envelopes, worksheet, etc. He will have to interrupt this primary task to carry out the secondary tasks.
